For the record, some progs will leave folders behind when you uninstall.
I have addremove for good from 4dev.com
its only 8 bucks us and is only 400kb
And you can remove from any user.
The reason I grabbed this was when I got into xp I hated the interface for the 
ms one.
I still do.
