As long as they earn credits by doing computations - no problems with that. 
Though I could prefer that they do earn credits not with just any project 
but with SETI, I can accept that someone wanna crunch MilkyWay  :P . That's 
why credit-parity between projects are required indeed. But flops from pure 
credit-hound still flops.
As long as he contributes flops he free to do it just to earn more credits 
;) . Or you want to introduce new term "dirty flops" as it stays for "dirty 
money" ? ;)
