Hi KC, No problem. Your point about concerns for the deaf/blind needs is well-taken. The individual who commented on the upgrade instructions and the need to identify braille prompts along with speech was on target. When that message started, I wondered how the needs of deaf individuals could be addressed in the instructions, and it was certainly identified.
