Hello, Vicky and List:

First of all, sometimes, I feel like we are getting very curt responses. Not just when you call the company, but when we get a staff answer to a question we have asked. Yes, I guess it may be felt that running this list is doing us a favor, I don't know. I know that it has changed dramatically. Have any of you noticed what a difference there is in the Humanware web site? It used to be wonderful to navigate; now you really have to work at it. I know that isn't true for some of you, but it's sure a different site than I've seen.

I don't know why it makes a difference to me, but I wish we were told things like "there has been a change of moderation." It's just the simple things to me, I guess that are very different.

Remember, though, as Jonathan Mosen used to like to tell us, this
list is
just a fraction of the HW customers. So, although,
unfortunately, the HW
interaction on this list is what we list members mostly tend to
see of HW,
I'm betting they are going out there and leading in other areas.
Although,
I can't help but wonder, as I think I've stated before, if some
of the
importance once attached to the BrailleNote is slipping away,
what with
all the other products HW now have to look after and promote, and
thus the
less HW
presence on this list.
