I hate to tell you this, but I haven't upgraded to build 27, and I have
encountered the error twice, always involving Microsoft Word files.

Subject: [Braillenote] "exception: converter" is back!

Hi all,
In 7.5.xx until .27, I had no more problems with non-keyword
documents giving that dreaded "exception: converter. Access
violation reading/writing [ram address]". Since build 27,
however, it has happened twice in four days! I thought bugs were
supposed to stay squished, but I guess this little guy pulled a
magic act and is now on the loose again through the BN family
running build 27. Be careful! There seems to be no way of
knowing where it will strike, except the files seem to always be
doc files.

Have a great day,
Alex
