Nikki;
Try a damp cloth or canned air to clean the display. You might have to
send it in for cleaning.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Cleaning The Braille Display Question

Hi,

The pins are up when the unit is in use. There are 2 which are a tad
sticky in the up position but go back down instantly when touched.The
other one just never goes all the way down. I am kind of use to it but
it still isn't right. Any ideas?

Nikki B.
