Yes, separate Braille displays for a PC do require regular cleaning, how often depends upon how much you use it and whether you have peanut butter on your fingers while reading it! Very strange how the dot started to stick up a little while after cleaning then recently more dots have started sticking up. Try calling Humanware Tech Support and ask what the norm is and if they have any ideas on clearing the jammed-up pins yourself. Unfortunately most Braille display problems require a visit to the repair depot where skilled technicians work on the many small and delicate parts of the display. Sorry for the bad news.
