Back at tour 1 I spoke to several people on this matter, and the idea of a C tour was one mentioned. I think its a great idea as it provides teams lower in the rankings somthing meaningful to play for in terms of promotion/relegation between B and C, as opposed to pretty much meaningless games for 15/16/17/18th. Limit each of the A, B and C tours to 16 teams, and if no venues large enough to host all are availiable, then why not put the A and C tours at one venue (allowing less experinced players the chance of seeing top quality ultimate), and the womens and B tour at another, or any combination of A, B, C and womens that satisfies people. OF course, the ctual logistics of this, scheduling, pitch time, bids and equipment is somthing else, and im not touching that one with a barge pole.

I thought people had been saying Tour 4 was the smallest for years.
Why then the desire to further split it? Is it so hard to travel to
four tournaments a year? I'm sure B tour players want to play people
of a similar level from all over the country just as much as the A
  tour does.
