way. Surely a team that finishes top 32 at tour 1 and then takes the rest
of the year off isn't really worth a place at nationals?
Probably true - but one could offer places at nationals based on total tour
points (i.e. you have to earn it), and then do seeding of the teams that
qualify based on average tour score, to avoid the 'underseeded' issue?
