i just don't see why it is a problem for a club to enter 2 teams to t1 anf
t2, and none thereafter. what you don't explain in your email is precisely
WHY this is so bad.
you mention promotion and relegation. surely if clapham 2 don't play tour 3,
someone else gets promoted, so that's good right?? it's here that i feel
that i must be missing some of your point! - and sorry if i have!
i think any team should be allowed to play as many events as they want to,
when they want to. i don't understand the moral problem.
as i say, i have a feeling i've missed some crucial thing here, but on the
face of it, that's what i reckon,

ps - incidentally, it was never Fire's plan at the start of the season not
to enter teams to t3 and t4, it just worked out like that. we had 45 on the
books at the start, which we thought ample.
