Simon,

Thanks for the update, I did get the reminder emails and did read them all, so
was fully aware my membership was expiring, but that still doesn't justify not
sending out the 2012 issue to people who have paid for it already!! And unlike
tennis or other national sporting organisations UKU only produce a yearly
edition. Others have monthlies etc.

By the way why then has the UKU website still have a page from 2011 on it
headed UKUA news ;-) and yes I'm old and search that way for the site as it
gets better google results than UKU as don't want a cheap dial up or to watch a
youtube rock dengue fever cannibal courtship CD video ;-0

By the way don't understand the netball/tennis analogy, are you saying Ultimate
players shouldn't pay the national organisation to be a member?? and become
just a participation sport with little clout on a national funding level or
sponsorship attraction as don't understand exactly who and age criteria etc are
playing the sport to attract sponsors etc??

As wouldn't it be better for the UKU to follow the LTA's method and have
576,608 members in the future?? Just saying!!

Oh and will respond to your points on nationals now as you have requested ;-)

Kind regards
Simon Barlow
