I wouldn't know about Maris Otter, but roasting is a simple process that can be done at home. You may not get exactly the right shade of darkness to the malt, but for a stout you can safely erro on the darker side, and/or use some more. > Hvad er forskellen på på "Crisp" og "Flaked"?
