Probably not in your first beer. Rather, you should adjust the hops 10-20%
up or down, depending if you like your beer bitter or not.


Designing Great Beers says (p78):
> The gravity of the wort in the boil pot also has an effect on utilization.
> Generally, high-gravity beers show lower levels of utilization. The
> difference in utilization between a 1.040 wort and one at 1.080 can be as
> much as 15 percent.

So, if your boil volume is half of your total volume, you may add some 15%
more hops.
