Sure you can. You could leave them in a bit warmer for just a few days,
so that the priming sugar has time to ferment and produce bubbles. After
that it is a question og letting it age, and there lower temperatures
should be quite all right. Steady temps should be the best.

As this is your first ale, it will probably get drunk up pretty quick,
so the finer points of ageing can be quite irrelevant. Still, try to
stow a few bottles away, so you can taste it after 3 months, 6 months,
and a year!

How are you rplans for your second, third, and fourth ales?
