beers. Known as many things, we call it Pilsen. Ferments
dry, crisp, clean and light.
  a.. Temperature range: 48-56°F (optimum: 52°F)
  b.. Apparent attenuation 71-75%.
  c.. Flocculation: medium.
  d.. Source: Anheuser-Busch.
