Right, and when you do this, you can play tricks with your hops. Boil
the aroma and finishing hops in the first pot, and take the hop bags out
before you put it to cooling. Reuse those bags as bittering hops in the
second pot.

A bit harder to estimate how much bitterness you get out of your hops,
but

   it will be beer anyway
