http://tinyurl.com/b8fl58 and with that the firefox request will be in the utf-8 encoding but if you click on the firefox address bar and press enter to re-request the page the firefox will encode the مقال word to the %E3%DE%C7%E1 which is encoded with the windows-1256 encoding . so is there anyway to know the encoding of the comming data from the firefox, any function any script for that. and thank you again .
