You should use the exact same reasoning next time you will be offered to build a data based web application, to explain why you are coosing cake.
1. I am grantee that i'll build a web application that based on a proven standard and structure that tested on real production. 2. You will be able to stop working with me and find lots of other developers that easily understand the code 3. With cake we probably find a bunch of already made component, layout design ... for free.
