Thank you for your reply. I'm really new to the system. The Sys Admin who
managed it, is no longer with our company. We do nightly backups of the
server. So, I should be able to run the configure script, run the "make" and
"make install" commands?

Can you tell me how I can retrieve this information for our system? I'm not
sure how our current version of callweaver is setup. Is there a way I can tell?

I can't tell which one we are using. I also forgot to send the PCAP capture in
my first e-mail. I attached it to this one. The VOIP specialist I'm working
with on this system pointed some irregularities in frames 513 and 597.

[EDIT] It's not letting me send the PCAP capture.
