No Phil. I am not saying they HAVE to be installed but if they ARE to be
installed they have to be paid for beyond the notional unit cost of the
electricity.
As has been said on another thread it is a matter of each to their own and
there is surely room for more than one boating lifestyle on the present day
canals. We don't want a "them and us" mentality do we?
