I have just had dealings with a block of flats in Tooley St, SE1, between London Bridge Station and Tower Bridge. I understand that 2 bed flats there are changing hands for 7 figure sums. I reckon that's because people want to live near where they work. I don't suppose many of the residents work in Ken's nearby HQ either. Perhaps the river bus service helps put up values?
