More than 3 years ago BW quoted estimates (reported in WW) of "4500 boats a year and up to 50 a day" as part of the justification for the construction. I wonder when the full-time resident lockies for the Stanley Dock flight star work? And the resident bridge-keepers on the remainder length? ;-)
