Whether the 2009 act alters this is not clear. It also I think answers the question about the assemblies i.e. you only get one vote, but you can vote in both the Scottish and Welsh ones at the same time, if you are domicile in both areas. May be next year we can at last come by boat :-)) Well, from the River Severn end you will be able to get to Droitwich but right through to the Worcester and Birmingham canal, that is quite another matter!
