It's been a problem around here, esp for pedestrians. Not helped by
kids using modern flat based sledges everywhere, polishing the packed
snow to a fine gloss :-{{
There's the whole issue of public liability for householders who try
to clear snow from their frontages, but we probably don't want to go
there ;-}
