Hello Rachmad, Care2x has no module for direct communication to a digital camera yet.
What you can do is to do it the "classic" way. Use a camera client, save the picture to a common format (e.g. jpeg) and use the "Fotolab" module of Care2x to upload the pictures to a particular patient encounter.
