I'm able to get ODR to work over a direct connect pretty easily. My question is about getting it to work where there is not a direct connection, and CDP packets get eaten by the equipment in between.
In my case I have a frame-relay simulation in between the hub and spokes. I configured tunnels, I turned on CDP on the tunnels. I gave the tunnel interfaces IP addresses, and it works ok. Is there some more elegant way to get ODR to work over a GRE tunnel?
