I am impatient (primarily because of my job) which is a flaw I am well aware of, although its not the fact that this product has been delayed its the because multiple deadlines have been missed with no public explanation. When somebody says to me that "This new product is expected to ship no later than" is it really that bad to expect that, even when they move the date back several times? It has nothing to the do with the quality of the material which if its anything like the new workbooks will be brilliant or the support which is also quality, its just deadlines slipping with no explanation and my background annoyance at FileOpen which gets me.
