The problem is that IPexpert not offer download version of V4 COD which means it may take more time when it start to ship. not really sure what it is hurt to Ipexpert if they want to put an option for download COD from their site?
They are more users here who want a download version of V4 COD. Yes I keep pushing my lab dates due to this delay and shipment process.
