Thanks Joe.
I purchased the BLS back in October and was given the option of getting the 
hard drive with the v3 materials and then sending it back in for v4 updates or 
waiting for the v4 material and getting that. At the time the sales person said 
the v4 would be on hard disk and I paid for shipping on it with my order.
Do I have to pay for shipping again? I would hope not.
