I understand... I agree with you that the quality and customer support is excellent. And I know that fileopen is not the ideal solution.. I have better experience with LockLizard but others don't (see case Internetworkexpert).. What I would like to know is the shipment process.. How much do international customers have to pay for the shipment?...
