1) Yes -- Video on Demand = Class on Demand.  Same thing.  This is almost 50
hours of technology focused lecture and configuration tasks along with the
electronic version of the diagrams and slides. You may also pay $50 for the
slide book to be printed and $50 for the diagram book to be printed (these
are NICE laminated professional diagrams)

2) If you are an existing customer, you can either a) ship in your hard
drive and have it updated and shipped back or b) pay $50 for a DVD copy that
will be shipped to you.  This includes shipping costs
3) I have no idea : )  I would imagine with the right converters this would
be possible although I am not sure what format the final product is in.  I
just recorded the raw material and handed it off to the post production
team.
