Did you add the loopback after starting the routing process? The router-id is 
chosen at the time of the initialization.

Try "clear ip ospf proc" followed by a "yes".

Then, "sh ip ospf".

Or, reload the router.

If that doesn't work, give us the output of "sh run | s ospf" so we can verify 
you didn't manually state a router-id.
