Did you configure loopback after the ospf processes up and running with
router-id serial interface?

Can anyone explain why I am not seeing the loopback as my ospf router-id? I
know I can set it manually, just trying to understand what is going on. I have
cleared the ip ospf proc more than once. Any ideas?
