Ray,

If you have a solid date for doing test , it's better to book in advance to
guarantee the date. ( pre-decided leave period , vacation , airline &
hotel early bird booking discounts & Some exceptional centers like
Bangalore & Dubai).

Three month is a long period. If somebody in same section resigns or
company get a big urgent project , we won't have enough time to concentrate
on test.

We expect R&S blueprint change next year (2013 or 2014)
