I agree with Bob, make sure your LSP is good end-to-end. To simplify this I usually run OSPF or IS-IS in the core and turn on "ldp autoconfig" under the routing process for the LSR"s. This will enable LDP on all your interfaces automagically so you don't have to do it manually. Of course you do what your lab tells you but if you are just playing around this saves lot's of time :)
router isis mpls ldp autoconfig or router ospf 1 mpls ldp autoconfig If you have a topology and configs I would be more than happy to lab this up. Let me know...
