Thanks Marko, Yes I'm sure I cleared, and please note I had the problem on only one device when this occurred.
Config clearing and loading problems have been of a chronic issue and I have opened cases, but the fault has never been found. I'd suggest that in the meantime while we are going to have to load labs by hand then maybe the counter should be bumped up so we aren't losing lab time while we manually load the configs?
