CLEAR operation just disconnects terminal sessions, it does not delete the
configurations. It's the REVERT you need. Are you sure you were using the
REVERT and not CLEAR?

When it comes to the timer bumping, that's challenging as it affects the
person next in schedule. However, we're very quick to send vouchers for any
issues you may experience on your pod. If you check your mail, you'll find
some I sent you last week when we talked about this.
