- you just can't notice it since there are no changes in background colors
or borders.
If you're happy with all the columns having the same background color and no
borders then CSS works fine.

- this is a complaint that it doesn't allow authors to replicate most of

layouts online.
This is like somebody coming out with a new, replacement brick that won't
