If your assumption is that the only disagreement that Gen Shinseki had with the Pentagon is about the troop levels, and that it only happened once when you heard about it, then it is. What I'm saying is that Gen. Shinseki had years of disagreement with the Pentagon, that he decided to submit his retirement request long before the troop thing, and that his public airing of his disagreement was a way of clearing his conscience before he left (not to mention a bit of pride). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Purchase from House of Fusion, a Macromedia Authorized Affiliate and support the CF community. http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=36 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:133110 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
