Best live solos i've ever seen: (by instrument) Drums - Neil Peart's 15+ minute extended solo during YYZ on the Roll the Bones tour Bass - Les Claypool just destroying the bass on My Name is Mud on the Pork Soda tour. Violin - First time i ever saw Boyd Tinsley in concert, i'd never heard or seen a violin played like that. Piano - Chick Corea did a guest concerto with the Kansas City Symphony....oh my. Harmonica - Popper absolutely nailed "Optimistic Thought" during the first HORDE fest. Vacuum cleaner - John Fishman in a dress, of course.
