I used to eat mostly rice, with some meat and vegetables. My entire eating pyramid was completely wrong. (Although it let me drop 50 pounds). Between better eating for the last 2 months, excersize and pnemonia, I've dropped another 30.
I'm still trying to get a handle on all the darn MATH needed, so am sticking to a fairly simple diet while I get comfortable with all this. On 7/8/05, Larry C.
