John, as I recall, there were in fact incidents where the koran was
treated in a mannner that might seem diserspectful (sprayed with urine
was one I think), so this was hardly a bad dream of Newsweek's. If
this is the care they take of their books at Border's.....I may have
to change my shopping habits.

Speaking of lasting harm, Newsweek should never have apologized,
merely issued a correction stating that their source was no longer
sure where he had seen the incidents reported.
