There are 2 options from a US policy perspective:

1.) A Palestinian-Israeli peace is in the US national interest.
2.) Middle East peace is not in the US national interest.

If we pick option #1 then we should declare neutrality and act evenly.

If we pick option #2 then we should pick a side.
