i'd talk to your current doc and explain your concerns. unfortunately, i'm kind of in the same boat as you. my first machine was delivered to my house by a company about 5 miles down the road. if there were any issues, i could just go to them. back in November we switched ins at work and I had to give that machine back...the doctor i was seeing hooked me up with another company that had one delivered by mail. so i've actually wondered what i'd do if i thought the machine needed tweaking at some point.
if you can't talk to a doctor about it...is there a contact number at all for the machine? maybe they'd send a new one out and have you send the current one back in to them after the new one arrives?
