The only difference is that in the Holocaust, it was a planned and systematic genocide. In Rwanda and Serbia, it was not. Another MAJOR difference was that during the Holocaust there was no UN to do something about it. Now we have the UN and the most glaring question in reality is why they don't do something to stop these atrocities.
