That doesn't make any sense, it is never RIGHT to kill for any reason,
you are not God, you are not a creator of life. Our society has created
laws that allow for sanctioned immoral behavior.

War, the Death Penalty, and slavery exist but that doesn't make them
right, and because some groups practice them, doesn't make it morally
acceptable at a higher level.

I guess my argument assumes belief in a higher power, something that has
created rules but also given us the ability to follow those rules as we
wish.

Morality is not subjective; ethics is the subjective application of
morality.
