I don't know of a specific vendor, but I have a buddy whose brother in
Alabama used to do this kind of work for a defense contractor. They had some
process that would turn the hard drives into dust, maybe using industrial
crushing machines (like ones used for pulverizing coal for use in high-tech
coal-fired power plants). That's what I would look for.
