1, They don't want treatment, they want free drugs Will these houses be used to treat people, or will people be able to OD there if they want? If the government is going to regulate the amount of drugs they get then it won't eliminate anything.
People will chase the dragon until it kills them if you let them. I'm all for treatment, and helping people get clean that want to be clean. I have no problem with the government setting up houses designed to assist people that want to get clean.
