Depends on what "it" is. I'd still be against Gruss' plan, because he wants me to pay for other people to get high, just because they claim they can't stop.
I'd be much more willing to pay for treatment facilities. Isn't depression successfully treated every day? If some person is depressed, and that's why they are doing drugs....work to cure their depression, don't offer to pay for their drugs. That just seems like common sense to me.
