somewhere halfway through the second, I think, actually. Currently abortions after about the fifth month are pretty hard to get unless it really endangers the mother. Which I think is about right... if you are going to decided you can't do it, decide that early. At five months the baby is able to move on its own. I am not sure abotu a soul, but if your criteria is viability it would be somewhere around the beginning of the fifth month, I think. However, if Sam is right then what is being done isn't even close to a late-term abortion....so
